Hi,
Ive have been having problems with the GPIO on my PI.
I have written a program in C to pulse a (clock) pin and then input.
I am using 8 of the inputted bits and then displaying them on the screen using SDL until a screenfull has been captured. It is giving be several frames a second, so my clock is running quite fast.
I have built several boards all of which have shown similar issues, the first was using an AL440B video fifo, the second was a video fifo with a Xilinx XC9572XL in between and my third was a Xilinx Spartan3AN generating patterns without any ram at all.
The issue is: if I set more than 6 bits at once when inputting to the PI, it casues spurious clock pulses on the output from the PI.
Can anyone help?
Please help
I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
