سلام
با اتصال یک دستگاه USB که سالم هم هست و با سیستمهای دیگه مشکل نداره این پیغام ظاهر می شود : This device cannot start. Code 10
ولی این سیستم با فلش مموری هیچ مشکلی نداره و کار می کنه . چرا این پیغام ظاهر می شود ؟
خلاصه توش موندم و هر کاری می کنم درست نمی شه . راستی یک موبایل هم پیدا کردم و به سیستم وصل کردم . (با USB) . اون رو هم نمی شناسه .ظاهرا تنها چیزی که درست کار می کنه همین فلش مموری هستش .

دوست عزیز اول دستگاهت رو روی یک کامپیوتر دیگه چک کن .
اگه سالم بود مراحل زیر رو انجام بده :
A. Click on Start
B. Right Click on My Computer, click on Properties
C.Click on the Hardware tab
D. Click the Device Manager button.
E. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers section.
F. Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
G. Restart the computer, and allow the computer to reinstall the USB controllers.
H. Plug in the removable USB storage device, and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.

دستگاه سالمه . این ره رو هم رفتم . درست نمی شه . متاسفانه انگار باید ویندوز رو عوض کنم . ولی چون برنامه های زیادی نصب کردم زورم می آید .
